Over the years, Rosie's approach to Europe travel evolved from trying to see as much as possible to understanding how important pacing, flow, and location truly are to the overall experience.
The trips remembered most are rarely the ones spent rushing between cities. They are the ones that leave enough room to properly enjoy where you are.
That philosophy now shapes every itinerary designed through Dietrich Getaways.
Today, Rosie specializes in personalized Europe travel planning for couples and travellers who want the experience handled properly from beginning to end.
Most clients come to Dietrich Getaways feeling overwhelmed by options, unsure how to structure a Europe itinerary, or worried about getting it wrong. Her role is to simplify that process entirely.
No two trips are designed the same way because no two clients travel the same way.
The goal is always the same: to create a European journey that feels well-paced, personal, and effortless from beginning to end.
Rosie holds a Certified Travel Counsellor designation through ACTA and is affiliated with Nexion Canada and Travel Leaders Network. She has travelled to nearly twenty European countries, many of them multiple times, bringing firsthand experience to every itinerary she designs.
Based in Cambridge, Ontario, Rosie works one-on-one with every client throughout the planning process, supported by trusted partners across Europe who provide on-the-ground assistance when needed.
